GRANDMA'S CHILI SAUCE 
30 lg. ripe tomatoes
6 onions
6 red peppers
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1 pt. vinegar
1 tbsp. allspice
1 tbsp. cloves
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Grind and boil tomatoes, onions and peppers for 15 minutes. Add sugar, salt and vinegar mixed. In cloth bag, mix allspice, cloves and cinnamon. Cook everything until thick, remove spice bag. Seal in sterilized jars.
