SCALLOP SOUP 
1 qt. scallops
1 qt. milk
1 c. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika

Cook scallops in 2 tablespoons butter for 5 minutes. Melt remaining butter, in another pan; add flour and blend well. Add scalded milk, salt and pepper; cook over hot water for about 5 minutes. Add scallops. Serve with paprika.
