CROCK POT POTATOES 
Cook 5 pounds potatoes. Peel and slice.

1 c. Velveeta
1 c. Colby cheese
1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper and garlic salt to taste
Onion and green pepper (optional)

Melt in pan the above mixture. Pour over potatoes. Start crock pot on high for 1 1/2 hours. Turn on low until ready to serve. Stir once in a while. Easy to prepare and very good.
