GOLDEN PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. salt
3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Milnot
2 c. pumpkin (1 lb. can)
1 c. chopped nuts; optional

Stir and sift dry ingredients together; add nuts. Stir together: eggs, oil, and Milnot; blend in the pumpkin. Combine dry ingredients into liquids; pour mixture into two loaf pans (about 9 x 5 inches) which have been greased and floured in the bottom. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Allow to stand about 10 minutes before removing from pans. This may be frozen.
