3/4 c. pancake mix
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Bread

Mix all ingredients, beat until smooth. Dip bread in mix and fry at 400 degrees. Oatmeal bread with sunflower seed is very good to use. Can use Bisquick mix or any other baking mix instead of pancake mix.
