TEXAS BARBECUE SAUCE 
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. water

Mix all together in a sauce pan and bring to a good boil. Turn burner on low and keep warm until ready for use.

This may be used on any kind of meat. Have meat about half done before using the sauce.
