ROLLED PLUMP ROAST 
Pre-cook 6 or 7 pound roast about 2 hours at 300 degrees. Remove meat from roast (slice thick serving slices).

Bring the following ingredients to a boil:

1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
1 can beer
Salt and pepper
Chopped onion
Garlic salt
Meat juices

Pour over meat. Return meat to roaster and add another can of beer. Cook another 2 hours at 325 degrees.
