CRISP CHOCOLATE CHUNKS 
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 egg
1 tsp. almond extract
2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. white almond bark chips
1 (8 oz.) pkg. peanuts

Beat sugars and butter until fluffy. Add almond extract and egg and beat well. Add flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Add chips and peanuts. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 12 minutes. Cool 1 minute before removing from the cookie sheet.
