EMMA WOODSON'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. chopped chicken, cooked
2 c. rice, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chicken broth or water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. each celery, green pepper & onion, minced
Buttered bread crumbs

Combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs, and place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
