3 c. sugar 1 1/2 sticks butter 3/4 c. shortening 1 tsp. vanilla 9 eggs 2 c. flour Cream together sugar, butter, shortening and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, alternately with part of the flour, beating until smooth, and ending with flour. Grease Dutch oven well and sprinkle with flour. Pour batter into Dutch oven, cover and bake 1 hour at 375 degrees. |
