CHOW MEIN HOT DISH 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. diced celery
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can chicken rice soup
1 can mixed vegetables (use juice)
2 c. chow mein noodles
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can mushrooms and juice

Brown meat, onion and celery in dab of shortening, drain off fat. Mix with soup, vegetables, noodles, soy sauce and mushrooms. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Makes 10 generous servings.
