SWORDFISH NANTUCKET 
1-1/2 lb. swordfish steak
Salt and pepper to season
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Wipe steak both sides with paper towel. Place fish on foil in pan and broil 5 minutes. Remove from oven and turn over. Spread thickly with sour cream. Sprinkle with salt and paprika. Return at 425 degrees and bake 20 minutes or until done. Mix and heat lemon juice, butter and Worcestershire sauce. Serve over fish or in sauce bowl at the table. Serves 4.
