HAMBURGER SAUSAGE 
2 lb. hamburger
3 tbsp. Morton tender quick salt
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. sage
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. water

Mix well; shape into rolls. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil. Refrigerate for 3 days. Put in cold water, wrapper and all. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 hour.
