2 lbs. hamburger 2 tbsp. Morton Quick Cure salt 3/4 tsp. garlic salt 1 1/2 tsp. onion salt 1 c. water 1 tsp. liquid smoke 1 tsp. mustard seed 1 tsp. allspice Shape into rolls and wrap in Saran wrap. Wrap around several times. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Tie both ends very tight. Then cover rolls with water and boil for 60 minutes over low heat. Remove wrap and cool. |
