SHRIMP ITALIAN 
1 lb. tiny shrimp
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
3 oz. evaporated milk
1/2 bunch green onions
Garlic powder to taste
1/4 c. Swiss cheese, grated
12 oz. egg noodles
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 c. + 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Saute the shrimp and green onions with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste in the butter for about 10 minutes or until cooked. Add 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese, the Swiss cheese and bread crumbs.

Cook egg noodles until tender, drain and rinse with cold water. Season lightly with salt and garlic powder. Add evaporated milk and the remaining 3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.

Pour shrimp mixture over egg noodles and sprinkle with parsley.
