2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 small pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix
2 c. pecans, chopped fine

Place cheese in small mixer bowl; let stand at room temperature until softened. Add dressing mix and blend on low speed, scraping sides and bottom of bowl. Shape mixture into two balls and roll in finely chopped pecans. Refrigerate until serving.
