FUNNEL CAKES 
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
3-4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder

Beat eggs and add sugar and milk. Sift half the flour, all salt and baking powder together. Add to milk mixture. Add only as much more flour as needed. Batter should be thin enough to run through funnel into hot fat. Fry until golden brown. Turn once. Serve with powdered sugar.
