FUDGE PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. self rising flour
1/4 c. Hershey's dark cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter

Mix dry ingredients together. Put butter in pan and heat until it starts to melt about half the stick then add dry ingredients and heat until it boils or completely melts butter. Remove from heat and add 2 slightly beaten eggs. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until firm.

Double batch makes a good 9-inch pie.
