FIREMAN'S MEXICAN SALAD 
1 head lettuce
2 tomatoes
1 sm. bunch green onions
Diced green chilies
Sharp cheddar cheese
Fritos
1000 Island Dressing
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 yellow onion
1 lg. can chili beans
Ortega green chili salsa

Chop lettuce, tomatoes and green onion. Add green chilies and olives. In bowl crush Fritos and grate cheese, add to salad. Brown hamburger with garlic salt and onions, add chili beans; mix meat mix to salad mix. Add 100 Thousand island dressing until moist; mix. Top with Ortega green chili salsa.
