TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
1/2 lb. cooked spaghetti
2-3 c. turkey
1/2 lb. sauteed mushrooms
3 tbsp. butter or chicken fat
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. broth
Seasoning
1 c. heavy cream
2 tbsp. sherry

To make sauce, cook butter, flour, broth and seasoning until thick. Remove from heat and add cream, heated and sherry. Add half the sauce to turkey and half to spaghetti and mushrooms. Make a hole in center of spaghetti. Place turkey in it. Sprinkle top with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees until lightly browned. Serves 6.
