FRESH BLUEBERRY COBBLER 
2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 c. blueberries
1 tbsp. butter

Line ungreased pan with pastry. Brush with slightly beaten egg white. Combine sugar, flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, lemon juice and berries and blend thoroughly. Pour into pastry-lined pie pan, dot with butter. Adjust top crust. Bake 40-45 minutes in hot oven at 425 degrees.
