MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
BATTER:

1 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
1 c. cream corn
2 eggs
1 c. milk
Dash of salt
Bacon drippings

HAMBURGER MIXTURE:

1 lb. hamburger, browned
Chopped green pepper
8 oz. grated cheese
Onion

Grease 9-inch iron skillet with bacon drippings. Pour half of batter into skillet. Pour hamburger mixture on top and then pour other half of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
