COLA CAKE WITH PECAN FROSTING 
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. carbonated cola beverage
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine all ingredients except cola and marshmallows. Blend at low speed and beat 1 minute. Add cola. Blend well by hand, stir in marshmallows. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees 40 to 45 minutes. Cool 45 minutes. Frost.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter, softened
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/3 c. cola
4 c. (1 box) powdered sugar
1/3 c. toasted pecans, chopped

Combine butter, cocoa, cola and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. Stir in nuts. Stir to combine. Frost cake.
