HARD CANDY 
3 c. sugar
1 c. Karo syrup (light)
1 c. water

Mix together; boil until 300 degrees. Hard crack, use candy thermometer. Pour on covered cookie sheets. Cover with powdered sugar 1/4 inch thick. Pour hot mixture on sugared pan after putting in 1 small bottle candy oil and food coloring. Let cool slightly, cut with scissors.
