SOUR CREAM CRANBERRY CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
2 tbsp. warm water
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine butter with sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add sour cream, vanilla, baking powder and flour. Beat 2 minutes. Pour half of batter into a greased and floured tube or Bundt pan. Spread one 8 ounce can of whole cranberry sauce over batter. Add the other half of the batter.

Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool 10 to 15 minutes. Remove to serving platter. Combine confectioners sugar, water and vanilla and drizzle on top.
