CRANBERRY SALAD | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon-flavored Jell-O 1 1/4 c. hot water 1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce 1 small can crushed pineapple salad greens 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. pecans, chopped Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Add whole cranberry sauce and stir until blended. Chill until partially thickened. Add pecans and drained crushed pineapple. For a richer red color, add a drop or two of red food coloring. Pour into a lightly greased square pan or dish. Chill until firm. Blend mayonnaise with cream cheese and serve with salad. |
