ONE-TWO-THREE FUDGE 
1/2 bar butter
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp. light cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. confectioner sugar, sifted
1 c. walnuts, coarsely cut

Melt butter and chocolate together over hot water. Put next 4 ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix; add chocolate mixture and beat only until blended. Quickly stir in nuts. Turn into buttered pan. Chill in refrigerator until firm. Cut into squares. Never fails.
