CLAM SPREAD 
1 can minced clams in juice
1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 stack Ritz crackers
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 stick butter
Pinch of oregano
Pinch of parsley
1/2 of sm. pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Grate Mozzarella. Make crackers into crumbs. Mix ingredients together (except butter). Then pour melted butter over the top and mix again. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve as a spread on crackers.
