3 BEAN OR CUCUMBER SALAD 
DRESSING:

3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
2/3 c. white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Dash of parsley

Boil all together in a pot. Chill in refrigerator until ready to use. Place either 3-4 cans well-drained beans (your choice) or 3-4 thinly sliced cucumbers and 1 small onion, sliced thin in large bowl. Mix with dressing.
