ALMOND CHICKEN 
Chicken breasts
2 pkgs. pea pods
1 can mushrooms
1 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. sherry
1 c. almonds

Mix sherry, ginger, sugar, cornstarch, water and soy sauce together; set aside.

Cut chicken into bite size pieces; cook until white. Pour sherry mixture into chicken; cook until thickens. Add pea pods and almonds. Serve. Yields: 4 servings.
