DIABETIC COOKIES 
2 sticks soft butter
2 tbsp. sweetener
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
3 1/2 c. cake flour
2 c. applesauce
2 c. Bran Flakes
1-1 1/2 c. raisins or dates or prunes

Cream butter and sweetener. Add eggs, soda, spices and flour. Fold in applesauce and bran flakes. Add fruit. Drop cookies and bake at 375 degrees.
