HOT CRANBERRY TEA 
4 c. fresh cranberries
12 whole cloves
3 1/2 qts. water
4 (3 inch) cinnamons ticks
Juice of 2 lemons
Juice of 2 oranges
2 c. sugar

Combine first 4 ingredients in large saucepan or Dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat, simmer for 12 minutes. Strain several times. Add lemon, orange juice and sugar, stir until sugar dissolves. Serve hot. Yield: 3 1/2 quarts.
