SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6-8 med. potatoes
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk

Peel potatoes. Thinly slice potatoes; measures 6 cups. Place half of the potatoes in a greased 2 quart casserole. Add half the onion. Sift half the flour over vegetables in casserole; sprinkle with half the salt and pepper. Repeat layers. Pour milk over all. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours. Uncover and continue baking 15-30 minutes longer or until potatoes are done. Makes 6 servings.
