CURRIED CHICKEN-BROCCOLI
CASSEROLE
 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli, cooked or 2 bunches fresh broccoli, cooked
3 c. sliced, cooked chicken (can be cut bite-sized) (4 half breasts)

Combine:

1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder

Use a 9x13 casserole dish. Layer cooked broccoli on the bottom, followed by the chicken, then the sauce and finally sprinkle with the cheese. Top the casserole with buttered croutons or bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until bubbly. Serves 4-6 people.
