1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
1 c. chocolate chips

In small pan, combine sugar, butter and milk; bring to boil. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips, blending until smooth.
