EASY FUDGE FROSTING 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil the ingredients, except the vanilla, for 1 minute or until it forms a soft ball in cold water. Take off of the stove and add the vanilla and beat until it is ready to spread. This makes enough to cover a 9x13 inch pan.
