SOUFFLE STUFFED FISH | |
6 fillets (any kind), brush with melted butter 1 pkg. Stouffer's frozen spinach souffle (cut in 6 pieces) Roll fillets in cracker or bread crumbs. Wrap frozen souffle inside fillet and place in 13"x9" casserole seam down. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve with Bernaise sauce which you can buy in package in grocery. Prepare sauce as explained on package. |
