BITS O' BRICKLE ICE CREAM PIE 
Pie:

1/2 - 6 oz. bag Bits O' Brickle
9 inch graham cracker pie crust
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened not melted

Spread half of ice cream into pie shell. Sprinkle Bits O' Brickle on top. Heap with remaining ice cream. Freeze. To serve, stir sauce well and spoon over individual pieces of pie.

Sauce:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. white corn syrup
dash salt
1/2 - 6 oz. bag Bits O' Brickle

Combine sugar, milk, butter, corn syrup, and salt. Bring to a boil over low heat. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool slightly before adding remaining Bits O' Brickle. Cool. Stir occasionally. Chill until ready to use.
