PUMPKIN ICE CREAM PIE 
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 c. pumpkin
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 qt. vanilla ice cream

Mix sugar, pumpkin and spices. Add ice cream and blend thoroughly. Refreeze. Serve with whipped cream. Makes 1 pie or 9 inch square pan for 9 x 13 inch pan. Make 1 1/2 recipes. Serves 8-10.
