EASY BURGER PIZZA 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 c. pizza sauce
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Chopped green pepper, optional
Sliced mushrooms, optional
Sliced olives, optional
Chopped chilies, optional

Combine ground chuck, bread crumbs, milk, egg, onion and salt in bowl, mixing well. Press over bottom and side of 12 inch pizza pan, forming 1/2 inch rim round edge. Spread pizza sauce over top. Sprinkle cheese over sauce, garnish with chopped green peppers, mushrooms, olives, chilies or additional chopped onion as desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until crust is brown; drain. Cut into wedges.
