EASY RICE PUDDING 
1 qt. milk
1 qt. water
1 c. rice
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon

Using heavy pot, bring milk, water, rice to boil. Then cook over low heat 30 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed. Separate eggs, add yolks to rice mixture. Let rice cool. Then whip egg whites, add vanilla and fold into rice mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
