EASY STUFFED SHELLS 
12 oz. pkg. jumbo shells
1 pkg. frozen spinach
16 oz. ricotta cheese
3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. seasoned salt
Pepper
Lg. jar any prepared spaghetti sauce

Prepare shells according to package directions. Add 1 to 2 tablespoon of oil to water as this will keep shells from sticking together. Place spinach in sieve and press dry. Mix spinach, ricotta cheese and eggs in a bowl. Stir in 2 cups mozzarella, 1/2 cup Parmesan, parsley flakes, seasoned salt and pepper. Mix well. Stuff mixture into cooked shells. Place side by side in a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Pour sauce over shells. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Serves 8 to 10.
