WHITE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 
1 stick butter
8 oz. white chocolate chips
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
8 oz. chocolate chips

Butter 8 inch pan; line with foil and grease again. Melt 1 stick butter over low heat. Remove from heat and add 4 ounces of the white chocolate chips. DON'T STIR! Beat eggs and pinch of salt until frothy; gradually add sugar until pale yellow. Add butter and white chocolate mixture; salt, vanilla and flour. Beat untill well blended. Stir in remaining white chocolate chips and 8 ounces chocolate chips.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
