TREASURE ISLE CHICKEN 
1/4 c. butter, melted
8 halves boneless with skin chicken breasts
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 c. orange juice

1. Melt butter, but do not put in baking dish.

2. Place chicken skin side up in shallow buttered baking dish (brush top of chicken with butter).

3. Sprinkle chicken with 1/2 teaspoon salt.

4. Bake chicken in preheated 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or so.

5. Mix dry ingredients together and stir into melted butter.

6. Stirring constantly, add orange juice slowly until smooth sauce.

7. Pour over partially baked chicken

8. Bake 40 minutes more. Serve over rice. Yummy!
