STUFFED CRAB DELIGHT 
6 lbs. white crab meat
1 c. bread crumbs
6 bunches green onions
1 bunch celery
1/2 c. bell peppers
2 c. white onion
1 c. fresh parsley
6 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 c. cooking oil
24 crab shells
Crushed red peppers
Cayenne pepper (opt.)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Combine crab meat, cooking oil, bread crumbs and eggs in large, heavy pot. Let cook on slow fire for 1 hour or until seasoning is tender. Stir occasionally. Place in shells, sprinkle with bread crumbs, place in oven until brown.
