PUFF PANCAKE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar

Beat eggs lightly. Add milk and flour, beat with fork, it will be lumpy.

Melt butter in a 12 inch pizza pan. Pour batter into middle of pan on top of melted butter. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. It will puff up into peculiar shape each time.

Sift powdered sugar on top. Cut with pizza cutter to form wedges. Serve with fresh fruit, preserves, etc. Serves 2-4. A Sunday delight.
