STEAK DELUXE 
1 lg. sirloin or round steak
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. bay leaf
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. water
1/2 lg. or 1 sm. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, crushed

Cut sirloin or round steak in pieces and flour. In small amount of olive oil, brown on both sides. Put in casserole. Season with salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients to steak drippings. Bring to a boil and cook for several minutes. Pour sauce over steak. Cover and place in oven. Bake at 325°F for at least 1 hour and 30 minutes.
