CROCK-POT POTATO SOUP | |
6 to 8 potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size pieces 1 to 2 onions, chopped 1 carrot, sliced 1 stalk celery, sliced 4 chicken bouillon cubes 3 tbsp. butter cubed ham (optional) 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 5 c. water 1 tbsp. salt pepper 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk Put all ingredients, except evaporated milk and ham in crock-pot. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours. Stir in evaporated milk and ham during the last hour. |
