BLACK - BOTTOM CUP CAKES 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt

Beat together then add 6 ounces chocolate chips. In a second bowl, sift: 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. cocoa 1/3 c. oil 1 c. water 1 tsp. vinegar 1 tsp. vanilla

Put in 1 tablespoon chocolate mixture in each liner. Liner should be less than 1/2 full. Put heaping teaspoon of crunchy chocolate mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
