GOLDEN BAKED CHICKEN 
2 c. mashed potato flakes
3/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tbsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 broiler/fryer chickens (3 to 4 lb. each), cut up and skin removed
1 c. butter, melted

In a bowl, combine the potato flakes, parmesan cheese, parsley, paprika, garlic salt, onion powder and pepper. Dip chicken into butter, then into potato flake mixture. Place on 2 greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pans.

Bake at 375°F for 50 to 60 minutes or until juices run clear.

Yield: 12 servings.
